Through the years, many other wing festivals have come and gone but Wingaplooza™ has continued to grow each year. That's a testament to the sponsors, bands, and great patrons who look forward to attending the best food festival in Missouri.

With live music from some of the midwest's best bands performing all day long, and 100,000 wings to sample from over 40 of southwest Missouri's best "Wing-Slinging" restaurants, it's no wonder people take off work months in advance to join the throng of humanity that assembles to make wing-eating history. All wing samples are free with paid admission.

Wingapalooza is the premier wing competition in the Midwest, where area restaurants and corporate teams compete for honor and prestige as they seek to earn the title "Best Wings in Springfield"!

Celebrating the Day of the Dead and its 24th Anniversary WINGAPALOOZA is the oldest wing contest in America!! Get in line Buffalo. SPRINGFIELD Sertoma has raised nearly $975,000 to support the Boys & Girls Club of Springfield, as well as several other youth organizations in the area. This is the single reason Springfield Sertoma hosts this event and why your participation means the world to us!

6000 Wing eating patrons from all over the area flock to WINGAPALOOZA to receive samples from participating restaurants, Food trucks, local bars, and Corporate Sauce teams, and watch entertainment by the area's best bands with their paid admission. In addition to great bands, Springfield Sertoma keeps the party going with concessions, a wing-eating contest, raffles, silent auction items, and a premium selection of mixed drinks and beer!
