2023 Ozarks Golf Tour Card

Golf season is back and KY3 is taking you on a 12 course tour around the Ozarks.  The 5th annual Ozarks Golf Tour Card gives players one free greens fee for each of our eleven participating courses (*cart fee required) plus one hour of play at BigShots Golf. 

COURSES:

Bill & Payne Stewart Golf Course (Springfield) – Opened in 1947, this outstanding course was named for later renamed for the city’s most famous golfer (Payne), who won on the PGA Tour 11 times including three major championships and his father (Bill), former Missouri Amateur champion.  The 6,162 yard par 70 course is designed to require accurate iron play and places a premium on good putting making it a fun yet challenging layout.  You’ll find two practice greens, a driving range, fully stocked pro shop and snack bar.  PGA professionals are available for private lessons.

Hidden Valley Golf Links (Clever) – Hidden Valley is a true hidden gem in the Ozarks.  The rural community is full of history and located in the beautiful James River Valley between Nixa and Clever just south of Highway 14.  Its members rave about the quiet, easy-going atmosphere and well-kept grounds.  Mature trees keep it cool in the summer, and be sure to keep your eye on the course as locals float by on the neighboring James River.  The 18-hole, par 73 course offers its challenges with plenty of water and elevation changes in play, but it’s a nice challenge for all skill levels.

Honey Creek Golf Club (Aurora) – Honey Creek Golf Club is located 5 miles North of Aurora, Missouri in the rolling Ozark hills. The course features 6,704 yards of golf from the championship tees; a par of 71, rated at 73 with a slope of 133. The front nine was designed by Horton Smith (he won the first Masters in 1934) and the back nine was designed by Bill and Scott Welch. The course has been a family enterprise for over 70 years. Honey Creek has a fully stocked Pro-Shop with Clubs and Accessories to fit your needs. In addition to the Pro-Shop we have a full service snack bar with food that can be consumed inside or outside on the large wrap around deck overlooking number 1 & 10 tees and 9 & 18 greens.

Indian Tree Golf Course (Crane) - Indian Tree Golf is located approximately eight miles north of Galena MO, approximately 25 miles from Springfield and approximately 25 miles from Branson.  Land fronting the high bluff to the James River totals approximately 490 acres and is being developed exclusively as residential land. Indian Tree offers among the best greens in the state of Missouri on its unique yet challenging 15-hole design.  Popular among locals, but Indian Tree has become a must-play destination for golfers around the region.

Lebanon Golf Course, Great Life Golf and Fitness (Lebanon) - Formerly Lebanon Community Golf and Country Club... a semi-private, eighteen hole championship golf course located two miles west of Lebanon, Missouri and nine miles east of Bennett Spring State Park (great trout fishing) on State Highway 64 West.  For the last sixty years, the course has provided a challenging golf experience for players of all abilities. The course features a driving range, putting green, and chipping green with three sets of tees stretching to 6435 yards. Gently rolling hills offer a track that affords elevation changes, large contoured greens, water hazards, a large "sinkhole" on the Par 3, Sixteenth hole, and numerous options in shot selection on the Par 4's and 5's. The Par 4, Fourth hole presents an opportunity to cut a 90 degree dogleg left over trees with your drive to possibly reach the green or play it as a conventional Par 4. The Ninth and Eighteenth holes share a huge green divided by a large bunker that can make for some interesting, lengthy putts. With a mix of tight, tree-lined fairways and some that are more forgiving, the course definitely presents a variety of play.

Peoria Ridge Golf Course (Miami, OK) - Peoria Ridge Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course owned by the Peoria Indian Tribe of Oklahoma.  The Course was designed by Bland Pittman, who also designed Battle Creek Golf Club and Bailey Ranch Golf Club located in the Tulsa Metro area.  The course features five sets of tee boxes to accomidate the skill level of any golfer.  The rolling hills and large bodies of water make for some breathtaking vistas and a challenging round of golf.

Pointe Royale Golf Course (Branson) – Designed by Ault-Clark and Associates, constructed by Carter Golf, The Pointe at Pointe Royale is a true "shot-maker"course. Lush bent grass greens and Bermuda fairways, with eight water holes, sand and grass bunkers, and tees for all levels of play, The Pointe is a world class golfing experience.  This newly renovated, challenging 18-hole, 6,501 yard par 70 course is regarded as the original championship course in the Branson area and is maintained to a high level of standards. The course has 8 water holes and in all 12 out of the 18 have some type of water hazard. Overall the rolling fairways and mature trees offer quite a challenge to the average golfer, so remember, club selection and a good golf course strategy are a must. The fine staff at the Pointe Royale Pro Shop will be happy to accommodate your golf needs. The Pro Shop is well stocked and there is a restaurant in the Pointe Royale clubhouse where you can relax after your round and perhaps see one of the music stars who regularly play at Pointe Royale.

Thousand Hills Golf Resort (Branson) - While visiting us at Thousand Hills Vacations and staying at one of our wonderful vacation rental homes, you’ll also have the opportunity to grab your clubs (or find them for rent in the Pro Shop) and hit the links on one of Missouri’s most unique golf course layouts at Thousand Hills Golf Resort. It’s the home of “The Fastest 18 in Branson”.

Windmill Ridge Golf Course (Monett) - Windmill Ridge Golf Course is an 18-hole municipal facility located in the sprawling southwest Missouri town of Monett.  The two nines are distinctly different. The front nine opened in 1940 as the original course and is a parkland style design with tight, tree-lined fairways.  The back nine opened in 2002 and is a links-style, more open design with rolling hills and native grass areas.  The greens are bent grass and the fairways and tees are Bermuda grass.  There are four sets of tees to accommodate many different skill levels.  The course measures 6,464 yards from the back tees.  The clubhouse is stocked with snacks and beverages, including beer.  The course is open year-round, weather permitting.
